Exactloom Works can be contacted at support@exactloomworks.com. If a purchase is enabled, Paddle acts as the checkout merchant of record and processes payment and billing information under its own buyer notices. The legal identity of the software licensor is available through the pre-purchase disclosure process.

Website, analytics and email

This informational site has no user account or form submission. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits, page views, broad traffic categories and page performance. Cloudflare adds a browser measurement beacon to the Pages site and provides the restricted analytics dashboard. We do not use an advertising pixel or add our own visitor-level profile. The host may also process technical request data needed to serve and protect the pages, including an IP address and request metadata. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any details you choose to provide through Zoho Mail. Do not send real workbooks, VBA source, report contents, secrets or customer data in a routine support request.

Purchase and fulfillment

No payment process is active on this information site. When reviewed purchase requests open, we will use a contact name and email address, business name, billing country and postal code, business-use confirmation, recorded policy acceptance, review evidence and order/transaction/delivery status to assess eligibility, issue an individual Paddle transaction, deliver the package and handle support, refunds and duplicate-delivery prevention. Paddle will receive the customer, address and business details needed for checkout and will process the payment. Cloudflare will host the sales service and store protected order records and private package data. We do not ask buyers to submit workbooks or VBA source for eligibility.

Software data

VBA Modernization Assessment processes supported inputs on the buyer's Windows machine. Its current analysis path does not upload workbooks or reports and has no telemetry or online activation. Reports may contain internal workbook structure, VBA identifiers and short evidence, so the buyer controls local access, backup, retention and deletion. The product does not certify that an input is safe.

Retention and requests

We keep support emails and order records for fulfillment, support, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed for those purposes. A legal retention duty, open dispute or security investigation may require a limited record for longer. Contact support@exactloomworks.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Before orders open, the sales service's actual retention and deletion procedure will be published here. Service providers may process data in other countries under their applicable terms.
