Website use and the planned individual-order process for business buyers.
Who may request the product
The initial VBA Modernization Assessment offer is for companies and sole proprietors in Japan or the United States purchasing for their own business use. Personal household use, client work and other regions are outside this initial offer. We review each request before creating an individual Paddle transaction; a request does not guarantee approval or reserve a license.
Product and environment
The software performs local static assessment of organization-owned, already-trusted internal .xlsm workbooks or exported VBA source. It does not execute macros, convert VBA to Office Scripts, scan for malware, verify source against P-code or guarantee migration success. The portable Windows x64 package requires the documented Microsoft Visual C++ runtime. Review the product scope and requirements before ordering.
Price, order and delivery
The selected offer is US$99 paid once for one business-entity license, with no subscription. Applicable tax is shown before payment; the buyer's bank or payment provider may separately charge for currency conversion. After eligibility approval, the server creates one Paddle transaction and sends a time-limited individual Checkout link. An order is accepted only through the completed provider payment process. A verified completed transaction and matching eligibility record are required before an automatic one-time private ZIP link is issued. If automatic delivery fails, contact support@exactloomworks.com; for a verified qualifying order we initiate a replacement link or refund handling within two business days of notice. The public information site does not accept payment.
License, support and refunds
Use of the software is governed by the Software License. The Refund Policy explains duplicate charges, delivery failure, qualifying defects and mandatory rights. Routine product support covers documented use and defects; we aim to answer within five business days. It does not include workbook repair, code rewriting, migration consulting or analysis of untrusted files. Pre-purchase seller identity requests are handled without delay under the Seller Information page.
Changes and disputes
Material changes to these terms are dated and do not change a completed purchase retroactively. We do not designate an exclusive court or waive non-excludable rights through this information site.
